ADMM-Net for Communication Interference Removal in Stepped-Frequency Radar
نویسندگان
چکیده
Complex ADMM-Net, a complex-valued neural network architecture inspired by the alternating direction method of multipliers (ADMM), is designed for interference removal in super-resolution stepped frequency radar angle-range-doppler imaging. Tailored to an uncooperative scenario wherein MIMO shares spectrum with communications, ADMM-Net recovers image---which assumed be sparse---and simultaneously removes communication interference, which modeled as sparse domain owing underutilization. The motivates $\ell_1$-minimization problem whose ADMM iteration, turn, undergirds design, yielding set generalized iterations that have learnable hyperparameters and operations. To train we use random data generated according signal models. In numerical experiments exhibits markedly lower error computational cost than CVX.

متن کاملStepped - Frequency Pulse Train Waveforms for Improved Radar Range
The traditional approach of improving radar range resolution using a linear frequency modulated chirp signal requires the full width of the frequency spectrum, which is not feasible in the UHF band due to interference or frequency allocation for other purposes. In this study a linear frequency modulated chirp signal is approximated using two stepped-frequency pulse train waveforms, a continuous...
متن کاملMultiple Compressive Projection Measurement for Stepped Frequency Radar
In modern communication and measurement systems, signal detection and estimation play a major role. Actually, the above two terms can be considered as one issue, e.g. pure detection by densely listing all possible diversites. The penalty is however the system complexity. Up to now, a lot of work have been invested, especially the recent compressed sensing (CS) technique [1], which is a subtle m...

This paper discusses a method for using the reflected signal from a stepped-frequency radar system to obtain the electrical permittivity and conductivity in a thin layer at the flat surface of a (possibly inhomogeneous) body.
